Our shipping vision is simple: get your Audi parts and accessories to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!
That's why we're offering FREE Shipping on most orders $499+ (some exclusions apply! - see below) backed by an industry leading 120 Day Return Policy if you change your mind or need to make a return. We also offer extremely competitive rates for all other shipments including super-fast expedited options! We don't make you guess what your shipping charges will be - our real-time shipping methods and rates will accurately calculate and display in your cart at checkout. Local to us here in the DMV? We also offer a FREE in store pick up option!
What Free Standard Shipping exclusions apply?
Sorry - Free Shipping does not apply to expedited, oversized (dimensional weight), overweight (50 lbs +), freight class, or HAZMAT orders, or to orders shipping outside the contiguous US (lower 48 plus Washington, D.C.). This applies but is not limited to items like bumpers, fenders, wheels, rims, brakes, qtr panels, etc. If your order contains both free shipping items and non-free shipping items, we'll do our best to combine them with the free shipping items as long as they fit inside the same box and don't greatly change the size or weight of the final package(s); otherwise - shipping charges based on those other items will apply. Orders ship complete once all items arrive - we only cover a single free shipment - additional shipping applies for partial shipments.

Standard ground transit time estimates:
See map below - orders ship from our location in Silver Spring, Maryland and times are based on shipment during normal business hours: 8am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. We strive to ship in stock orders placed by 2pm EST same business day or within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped once all parts are in stock. Any part(s) not in stock at our dealership at the time the order is placed are ordered and sourced through Audi, and typically take about 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Please Contact Us to request a partial shipment - additional shipping charges will apply.

If you're in a hurry, we also offer Expedited shipping at competitive pricing. In stock orders placed by 3pm EST will be eligible for expedited shipping. If some of the items ordered are not in stock, we'll source them as quickly as possible and expedite once available - usually next business day. If you're pressed for time and require the order to be delivered by a specific deadline, please include a Note to Seller during checkout, or Contact Us so we can arrange the quickest shipping possible. *Please note the delivery dates listed for the expedited shipping options - since we can't stock every single part available from the manufacturer, our shipping ETA dates include time for us to source any out of stock or special order items.
Going BIG?? Oversized & Freight Class Shipping options are available!
Looking for Audi bumpers, aerodynamic kits, rims/wheel/tire sets, quarter panels, sub-frames, engines, fenders, suspension carriers, hardtops/headliners, or other large items? No problem - we are happy to ship them to you at competitive oversized and freight class shipping rates that will calculate and display at checkout. Oversized/freight class shipments are not eligible for free or expedited shipping and typically follow standard ground transit times per the map above. Our Freight couriers may contact you to setup a delivery appointment, so please ensure your contact information is accurate. There is a $95 re-delivery fee if you miss your scheduled delivery appointment - so please don't miss it. While our site does a pretty good job of calculating shipping rates upfront, there are instances where the actual item specs (weight/dimensions) are not available or are incorrect for some products - we'll always reach out to you for approval should a shipping rate increase occur over the rates shown at checkout. We do not recommend international freight as the high costs are usually prohibitive.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US Territories, APO, FPO, and DPO address?
We sure do! Please allow extra time for delivery to these areas. Some size and weight restrictions apply. Sorry, free shipping only applies to the contiguous US (lower 48 plus Washington, D.C.).
Can you ship HAZMAT (hazardous material)?
We ship most HAZMAT items including airbags, seat belt pre-tensioners, some seat belt assemblies, etc. We unfortunately do not ship batteries, but they are available on the site for Free In-Store Pickup for our local customers here in the DMV area (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia), or any customer that wants to road-trip it to our dealership here in Silver Spring, MD. Hazmat items require special, individual shipping per item and will not be combined with other items on your order. Each hazmat item incurs a $44.95 hazmat surcharge due to the high cost of hazmat shipping.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
To help protect against fraud and theft, all orders $800+ will be sent adult signature required. Customer/consignee re-routing of packages during transit is not permitted. Please Contact Us to request an in transit package to be held for pickup at a carrier operated location in your area - a photo ID and adult signature will be required if available. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice for better control over your shipments.
Do you ship Internationally/outside the US?
We do! Please note your billing address may not pass our card authorization checks. If this happens, we will send an email requesting a picture of a photo ID/driver's license as well as a picture of your credit card. Please see our Fraud Protection Policy here for more info or other payment options. (PayPal, bank wire) We will also not engage in and will not assist with any illegal export or re-export of any products purchased from getAudiparts.com. If the Buyer intends to export or re-export an item after receipt from getAudiparts.com, it is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and comply with all requirements of applicable laws, regulations and policies administered by the United States Government. We will not devalue or misdeclare any information for customs/exporting. We are not responsible for any duty/tax/brokerage fees on the shipment - please contact the shipping courier (UPS, DHL, USPS) directly for what to expect on these possible fees. *Please note that while our site does a good job of estimating international shipping costs, there are a lot of variables - your actual shipping rate may be different. We'll always notify you and require your approval should your shipping rate increase. We do not recommend international freight as the high costs are usually prohibitive. **If shipping to a freight forwarding service - please understand that our liability ends at delivery at the freight forwarder. They must inspect the shipment for accuracy, damage, or shortages.
Where's my order? How do I track it?
All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking # upon shipment. Please allow time for the tracking # to update in the shipping carrier's system. You can also check your Order Status here. Please check your junk/spam folder as our emails are often filtered. We encourage you to monitor your tracking info and plan for its arrival. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered and then stolen.
Is there anything you don't ship?
We do not ship Audi batteries, hoods, or windshields - sorry!. Our shipping department professionally packages and ships pretty much everything else! Have questions? Please Contact Us and we'll be happy to assist!

- Due to the rising cost of packing materials, shipping surcharges, shipping dept labor, and our ongoing commitment to better and faster shipping, customer service and support - all orders incur a $3.95 handling charge.
